Processing time

All orders placed before 11:30 PM will be shipped the same day and  delivered the next working day.

Shipping rates and delivery time

We mainly work with DHL. DHL delivers parcels within the Netherlands and Belgium from Tuesday to Saturday.

Shipping Confirmation & Shipment Tracking

You  You will receive a confirmation email with a track & trace number when your order has been shipped. This allows you to see on which day and between which time the package will be delivered.

Return Policy

Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?

Orders are automatically put into production and shipped, so once placed they cannot be canceled.

Information about returns

You have the right  to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason.  You will then receive the full order amount including  shipping costs credited. If  you use this  right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.

To use this right, you can register a return order free of charge via our returns page. As soon as we receive the product in good order, we will refund within 5 days  your purchase amount back.
