Exchanges and Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return costs will not be reimbursed by Mushblend.
Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the incorrect item so we can assess and resolve the problem.
Swap
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. In this case, please also contact info@mushblend.com om to start this process.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved or not. If the refund is approved, your money will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
